Equipment Operator Grade Crew

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Equipment Operator Grade Crew is responsible for the safe and proper operation of the equipment. Experience and knowledge of Skid Steer, Mini Hoe and Loader. We require that they be committed to the total Ajax team effort by contributing to the proper completion of the work as directed by the foreman.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Must operate equipment to actively maximize production and quality.
2. Must keep shop informed of operating
3. Must perform daily maintenance, lubrication and keep equipment clean on a daily
4. Must be on the job troubleshooter and communicate with the shop to find solutions to
5. Assist mechanic on job
6. Perform all mechanical repairs possible using standard tools and supplies kept on the
7. Assist on the job as directed by
8. Keep foreman informed of on the job progress and

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Work is exposed to outdoor conditions, noise and heat

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical demands of the position includes: Sitting, standing, walking, climbing, low level work, reaching, bending, trunk movements, lifting minimum of 45 lbs., carrying, pushing/pulling, dexterity of hands and fingers, seeing, hearing and talking.
