Pigott Asphalt & Sitework is seeking a skilled and reliable Roller Operator to join our growing team. As a Roller Operator, you’ll play a critical role in our paving crew, helping to ensure smooth, high-quality asphalt surfaces on roads, parking lots, and other infrastructure projects across Florida.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience operating asphalt rollers on paving jobs

• Willingness to travel during the workweek to various job sites

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to follow direction from supervisors
