We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing a variety of products, while focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety. Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Produce various products using multiple processes, ensuring quality control and testing standards are met.
  • Process orders in line with department policies and procedures.
  • Load and unload products and tankers, including lifting items up to 80 lbs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, assisting with sweeping, trash disposal, and other general tasks.
  • Operate equipment and forklifts safely (training provided), while maximizing efficiency and quality.
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs on equipment; welding, electrical, and fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

 

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred (not required).
  • Proficiency in performing intermediate-level mathematical calculations.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be reliable, capable of working in confined spaces, and able to pass E-Verify.
  • Completion of company safety courses and adherence to safety standards.

 

Physical Requirements:

 

Must be able to complete these requirements with or without accommodation:

 

  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Work in various conditions, including confined spaces and outdoors as needed.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and general physical examination.
