Are you a dependable CDL driver seeking a role that goes beyond driving? We’re looking for a CDL In-Plant Driver to join our fast-paced team. This position combines driving with hands-on tasks, offering variety and opportunity in your workday. Essential Job Functions

• Load and unload tankers and transport materials within the plant.
• Perform labor-intensive tasks, including climbing ladders on tankers and storage tanks.
• Operate manual transmission tractors exclusively.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Proficiency with manual transmissions (all tractors are manual).
• Tanker endorsement (required).
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred but must be obtained within 60 days of employment).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to complete these requirements with or without accommodation:

• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
• Climb ladders on tankers and storage tanks.
• Perform tasks in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Weekly pay.
• Overtime pay after 8 hours worked in a day or 40 hours in a week.
• Night differential pay of $3/hour on top of base.
