The Women of Asphalt (WofA) is a national coalition dedicated to supporting women in all roles within the asphalt industry. Our mission is to empower women by providing mentoring, education, and networking opportunities, while advocating for a diverse and inclusive workforce. Through partnerships, professional development, and community outreach, WofA aims to increase visibility, enhance career opportunities, and promote leadership for women in asphalt-related fields. Executive Director Job Description: 

Position Title: Executive Director 
Reports to: Board of Directors 
Location: Remote (with periodic travel required) 

Position Summary: 
The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of Women of Asphalt (WofA), responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors to implement WofA's mission and vision while ensuring the growth and sustainability of the organization. The Executive Director will be a key advocate for women in the asphalt industry, driving initiatives that support professional development, membership growth, and industry partnerships.
